English Freeman Challenges Authority In UK Court …

Here we see English Freemen standing in court as Lay Advisors to another Freemen.
This is for a Council Tax Liability Order hearing in Cwmbran Magistrates Court in South Wales, There were 14 Freemen in attendance.
The court was never convened as the Freemen never handed jurisdiction to magistrates or the clerk by standing up when ordered to do so and the magistrates never sat down.
The magistrates twice abandoned the court (the ship) and it was the Freemen who called the Police and at one point the Lay advisor can clearly be heard calling attending Police Constables to arrest the magistrates for impersonating judges.
There were many criminal acts committed this day by the company personnel (Magistrates, solicitors, security and the clerk) and Police complaints are under way pending prosecutions for Fraud among other things.
But for the real shocker of how these people think they are above the law …

Absolutelty brilliant. You have earned the respect of many with your determined stance. I watch this over and over again. I;m refusing to pay my CT bill this year. I started out with good intentions last year but gave in when they sent the liability order. Now igorance of the system is not an excuse. I’ll keep you posted how I get on. Now we need to get the message out wider and wider…….my good wishes and sincere thanks for what you have shown us.

A question for you – what if anything has happened since that court appearance? Is that the end of the matter? One thing I am not sure of is can a council now try and get the court to get the money by some other means; earnings or benefits arrestment or bank account arrestment? Thanks and good luck.

I’m still paying council tax by direct debit at the moment but want to stop the payment I just need to be represented when it goes to court.. From what I have seen the liability order was granted so I fail to see what has been achived at the moment.
The Council sought a liability order and got one.
I noticed you were acting as a lay advisor on behalf of someone else.
Is there a video of you acting for yourself when you won your own case in relation to council tax payment?

Correct – I haven’t paid it for 18 months. At the time I went into court we didnt have the means to film – now we do.

This was wonderful seeing the law being used correctly. I am not an anarchist and I do have the utmost respect for the law. However, far too often the law is used as an excuse by those who we, the common people, put into power to tyrannise us. Laws are are, or should be, made to protect the common man not to be abused at the whim of councils, MP’s and the supposed custodians of the law the police force.

I do this because amongst other things, Council Tax is unlawful and if you spent as much time researching that as you appear to making asinine remarks you might actually learn what I and thousands of others who are NOT paying Council Tax know.
I am not opposed to a community charge where its FAIR and EQUTIABLE, however I am not ever going to support a TAX, that is UNLAWFUL, used for gain and profit by the greedy and 24% of which lines copper bottomed pension funds to keep lazy tossers in their dotage at our expense.

Fascinating to watch, as their cosy little world of privilege crumbles around them. They really do appear to be automata who are simply not programmed for this kind of eventuality; being confronted by someone who has peeked behind the curtain (as in The Wizard of Oz) and knows the truth.
I’m sorry but legally none of this makes any sense. Are you saying that statutory law is only law if you consent to abide by it? If so, that is tosh.
Common law and statutory law run side by side. And this is not the commercial court.
I’m all for a bit of anarchy but this is just a waste of court time, taxpayer money and the last 20 mins of my life.
Thats EXACTLY what we are saying as we know this to be true – clearly you haven’t even begun to research what we know to be fact, I would suggest you being at the beginning with The Magna Carta 1297, Articles 39 & 61. The Magna Carta was brought into force LONG before the parliament and cannot be repealed or overwritten by any parliament.
Another word you should look up is JURISDICTION and then ask Freemen which jurisdiction they are in. They are CERTAINLY not in the Jurisdiction of Statute or Legislation which, as Blacks Law Dictionary clearly states “Have no FORCE OF LAW unless the “Governed” CONSENT to them having that force of law”
Research – before debunking is always a good idea.
I believe our problem, today, is that we are all brainwashed to blithely accept whatever is told to us by those in authority. This is of course not helped by 99% of us not being able to actually understand what the various laws really mean. The police certainly don’t know as they far too often try to use a law to suit there own purpose. Problem there is that we, the general public, end up losing our liberty even if only for a short period of time while there is clarification. That’s one reason the ‘Plain English’ organisation was set up with their ‘crystal Mark’.

I am a native celt and I asked you a perfectly straightforward question: are you suggesting William the Conqueror had a legitimate claim to the throne of England? And that his Norman “robber barons” had a right to annexe Cornwall, Wales and Ireland and subject it to ‘laws’ such as Magna Carta, which enshrined the right of robber barons to enact their feudal dominion over the native peasantry?

Taz, the Norman Robber Barons were not “the people” of England. They were a bunch of marauding renegades who invaded England in 1066AD, butchered the Saxon nobility, and usurped rule over the native peasantry. Magna Carta simply stopped the chief bully (the King) bullying his cronies (the Barons) quite so much. It was not about right for the common people, who were not “freemen” under the feudal system of the time.

hello,well prior to this court summons,i had returned the summons with a court rebuttal notice,and heard nothing back,(i have already read somewhere that the councils send out their own summons’s),so i turned up on the day,and there was NO record of my hearing!and my name was not even on their computer system,so i came out and came home,a few days later i had a letter from the council saying i still owed the money,and that i could use an AFFORDABLE REPAYMENT PLAN or if i ignore this then my account will be passed to BAILIFFS ,. i think they are clutching at straws now ,so they can do what they like,i will not be paying and i am not concerned about bailiffs(debt collectors)knocking on my door as i have NO CONTRACT with them either..
