A police officer who threw an innocent woman headfirst on to a concrete cell floor could be jailed.

Sergeant Mark Andrews was captured on CCTV dragging 5ft2in Pamela Somerville into a cell before hurling her to the floor ‘like a doll’, knocking her unconscious.

The shocking footage shows Miss Somerville, then 57, lying disorientated before blood starts pouring from a gaping wound above her eye.

He will be sentenced tomorrow and faces up to six months in prison.

Miss Somerville, who has a degree in microbiology, said: ‘I am just an ordinary, middle-aged, middle-class Miss Goody Two Shoes.

I had done absolutely nothing wrong. ‘What happened to me was extraordinary, terrifying, and no one should ever be treated in the same way ever again, no matter what they are said to have done.’

Barbaric’: Pamela Sommerville is dragged into a cell and then flung into a cell, spilling blood on the floor.

Miss Somerville, a market researcher, was arrested when police found her asleep in her car in a lay-by in Melksham, Wiltshire, in 2008. She had had a minor argument with her partner.

Wiltshire Police said she was arrested for failing to provide a breath sample, though she completely denies being drunk or refusing to provide a sample.

She was charged, but police later dropped the case against her.

She encountered Sgt Andrews at the police station. Before taking her to the cell, the sergeant can be heard on the CCTV shouting: ‘Shut up. Listen to me. You are in my custody now and you will be quiet and you will listen. Do you understand?’

When she later walked out of the cell after a police doctor visited her, she recalls being ‘lifted up under the arms like a doll by Sgt Andrews and thrown headfirst back into the cell’.

He then slammed the door shut, leaving her unconscious on the floor.

Miss Somerville, 59, who lives with her partner John in the hamlet of North Colerne, Wiltshire, says she may need a cataract operation as a result of the attack.

She said: ‘My vision is still affected – it’s as if I’m looking through a cloud.’

Sgt Andrews was suspended on full pay after his conviction.

Wiltshire Police’s assistant chief constable Patrick Geenty said: ‘The force has formally apologised to the injured lady for the assault she suffered while in our care.’ Pamela is clearly in distress as blood starts coming from the wound, forming in small, scattered pools at her feet.

After generally being an expert witness for the police computer expert Terence Bates starts to give evidence against the police. Hey presto – he is prosecuted and as the blowback begins for CPS and police corruption and he begins to clear his name the High Court steps in. Colin Port is looking decidedly rattled.

A police chief would rather face the prospect of jail than obey a court order requiring his force to return computer hard drives to their owner. At issue is the big question of who ultimately makes the law in the UK: the police or the courts.

The story began in June last year when former computer forensics expert Jim Bates attended a police station in Bristol to clone computer hard drives alleged to contain paedophile material. These formed part of a case in an upcoming trial for making of indecent images, and despite Bates’ status as a now former expert – following a conviction for perjury in respect of his qualifications – it is claimed that the defendant had requested his involvement in the case on the basis of his in-depth expertise in these matters.

AN illegal recording of a case at Gloucester Magistrates’ Court has been posted on the internet.

The video was uploaded by a group calling itself The Freedom Rebels.

It shows a hearing which the group says took place on Friday, January 29, this year.

Making a recording in court is illegal under Section 41 of the Criminal Justice Act 1925 and under Section nine of the Contempt of Court Act 1981.

Anyone breaking the law can be jailed.

A police spokeswoman said: “Gloucester CID are currently investigating the filming of this footage.

“The court service are aware and we are liaising with them.”

The video has been uploaded to a well-known video sharing website.

It shows magistrates sitting in court two in the Barbican Way complex hearing a case regarding unpaid council tax.

The Freedom Rebels group claims to work to challenge what it calls the “false authority” of the courts.

Its members also believe council tax is illegal under British common law and are campaigning to see it abolished.

Videos of other court hearings, including at Cwmbran Magistrates’ Court, have also been uploaded onto the internet.

The law states: “It is a contempt of court to use in court, or bring into court for use, any tape recorder or other instrument for recording sound, except with the leave of the court or to publish a recording of legal proceedings made by means of any such instrument, or any recording derived directly or indirectly from it, by playing it in the hearing of the public.”

Another Freeman stand up in court over some alleged “Crime”.

This time the inimitable “Commonly known as Dom” and “Mirthful” stand in common law jurisdiction and ask the Judge for her Oath at Croydon Magistrates Court De-Facto on the 21 /4/ 2010.

It appears that the seargent was taking peoples recording devices so it was hard to film.

However, thanks to their resilience and efforts we  have yet another instance of a De-Facto court on FILM! … and My Oh My … how fast did that Magistrate run out of the court! I have never seen a Magistrate leave a court so darn fast!

It seems to me that they are becoming very very scared of whats happening – we no longer fear them and because we have lost the fear they have no control over us … and they know it.

You can only RULE someone if you have installed fear into them, if there is no fear from our side they cannot RULE! Enforcement contains the word “force” and if we do not consent to it, let alone fear them then they have no power to enforce anything.

My hat’s off to Dom & Mirthful for taking the stand in their De-Facto courts , as I have ALWAYS maintained – if enough of us do this and film it every time then very soon this game will be over … for them!

This made sense to trade this way because there was not enough money printed in the entire world to back up the amount of money needed in physical cash terms to pay for the items purchased or sold. And even if there was it would not be logistically possible to keep transferring Money from A to B to keep the trading going every second of every day, as once the money hits the sellers account it is moved on again as that seller has now purchased something else, so the money never ever stays still, it is constantly moving.

With the introduction of the Papers (MTN’s Bonds or what ever other terminology used for a Banking Instrument) it makes it possible to trade constantly as basically an IOU is being issued against purchase.

What the Banks failed to see was that by creating these papers they actually set in motion a run away train that just kept gathering speed.

As I have already explained there is not enough physical cash in the entire world to pay for all the trading that is being done. So when a Person or Company Lodges physical cash in to the Banks this money is removed & replaced in the Person or Companies account with an IOU that lets the Bank know that they owe this person or Company the amount the IOU is written for, & this is what the Company or person see when they are issued with a Bank statement, it is a statement sent by the Bank to Person Company verifying the Bank debt to that entity.

OK now we understand how the system works lets explain how the run away train became a run away train.

Because so many papers were created the actual amount of money that all the papers add up to far exceeds the amount of money that is physically available or ever could be available.

How could this happen you ask? The answer is simple GREED. The Bankers could see that by creating this paper & not having to part with physical cash of their own & by simply issuing an IOU they would keep their personal profits & use the hard earned money of the Person or Company that were depositing their hard earned money in to the place where the person or Company thought it was safe.

The Banks have now created the perfect Web & Fly situation “Come in to my Web said the Spider to the Fly”

What the Banks failed to understand is “What happens when all those IOU’s they have issued are called in”?

We already know there is not enough Physical Money in the entire World to Pay off the amount of Debt created by the printing of the IOU’s. So what the Banks do is print more money so they can pay off the IOU’s But by doing this they have now created a very false economy because not only have they created a Debt within a Debt they have now taken the Hand brake off the train & the train is slowly moving forward.

The Banks then print more money to pay off more IOU’s but fail to realise that they are never actually paying off anything from the very first IOU that they issued, because already that IOU has been issued against another purchase.
So to combat this they print more IOU’s that can be used as legal ten

der for trade purchase therefore creating the same scenario all over again.

Each time this cycle repeats it’s self the Runaway Train just gets faster & faster.

The only way that the Banks can now try to put the brakes on is to produce more products that can be Traded (Sold) & how do they do this?

By selling to the Public the things that are needed everyday like Drugs Oil, Food etc & in that order, as they see the way out is to sell the things that make the most profit. Therefore bringing back into the system more of Mr “Joe Publics” hard earned physical cash, so they can generate more Debt or IOU’s.

All the Legal & illegal drugs produced in the World come from plants it does not matter that the Drugs are enhanced with certain chemicals to make them either more addictive or more beneficial to fight disease. The Base ingredient is still the same either Heroine Cocaine Opium whatever it matters not as it is Natural & easy to produce.

Now if you understand that then you can relate that to Oil & anything else that is needed to survive but is very easy to produce…

How can the use of an IOU issued by the Bank help me you ask?

In the long term it can’t because like all debts you are supposed to pay them back & one way or another you will have to pay the debt back, it might not be for a few years but you mark my words you will have to pay it back.

So for the short term & as long as you don’t put your name to the debt you can benefit from the IOU as the profit created on the debt is then handled by an institution that donates to the Charity from the profits made on the trading of the IOU.

This will last for the entire period that the institution can maintain the repayments on the IOU. The Charity or worthy cause will never have any direct involvement with the IOU as it is the Institution that is donating to the Charity or worthy cause & in a nut shell any profit generated by the institution “ They can do with as they wish”.

The trouble starts when the Institution can’t pay back to the Banks the interest on the IOU. Sometimes this is out of control for the institution as they maybe generating a profit in what ever business activity they are involved in but further up the line another IOU has had the debt called back in or that IOU has been borrowed on so many times that there is now nothing left on the original value to borrow off.

So Z calls back the loan from Y & Y from X & so forth until we end up back at A. But along the way back from Z to A the lives of millions of people has been affected or destroyed.

Never does the Charity or worthy cause fit in to this category as the people they were set up to help have already benefited by the donations made by the institution, & in No way shape or form will any asset seizure be implemented.

The only people that have not been “affected” are the Banks because they have gained by taking physical assets to the value of the IOU. That they created in the first place. So again the Web & the fly scenario show’s it’s self.

The Banks are now the owners of the seized assets against the debt, YET it was them that created the Debt.

Think of the Phrase earlier “Come in to the web said the spider to the fly” The Banks have already created a non returnable debt protecting themselves, so the easiest way to get it back is to take it from the very same people or Companies that gave the Banks their hard earned money in the first place, Thinking that it was far safer for the Bank to hold their money under “supposedly” Safe conditions rather than keep it in their own premises where it could be stolen or destroyed & there would be no record of them actually having what they had. Hence the saying “always put your money in to Land”.

To offer an incentive to the Public or Company the Banks say “You come a lodge your money with us & for doing this we will give you a very small gift” - What gift you ask “Well” say the Bank we will give you a very small percentage of money for allowing us to look after your money so the more money you give us to look after the more money we can give you back in return. Knowing they were going to use your money to make themselves more money.

Wow says Mr Joe Public or Company this sounds to good to be true, I have to put my money somewhere safe & I can come & get it if I need to & you will give me a little money as well if I do this.

BANG – BANG – BANG “it is to Good to be true” the Banks only give you this little bit of money because they want to use your money & issue you with the same IOU that started the whole process in the first place. So again the train gets faster & faster & faster.

And who pays the ultimate price? The hard working honest man & women that were only looking for a safe place to leave their money.

So now the Banks working in conjunction with the various Governments, rulers dictators (what ever you want to call them) that were put in power to Govern a Country by the Banks originally, set out new ways of how to get Mr Joe Publics money back in to the System, & all the time getting fatter & fatter on their ill gotten gains. So a tax for this & a tax for that a cost for this & a cost for that is introduced aimed directly at Mr Joe Public.

Mr Joe public has a moan & groan about having to meet another payment on his already stretched income, “but this is all he does” because he does not understand what is going on around him as he is constantly bombarded with information that steers him away from the truth & brain washes him into thinking all this is normal.

NORMAL? That’s a laugh!

WAKE UP!

The Duke of Rutland, Viscount Masserene and Ferrard, Lord Hamilton of Dalzell and Lord Ashbourne were imbued with the spirit of the ancient Charter, thrust on King John in 1215. In accordance with the Charter’s Clause 61, the famous enforcement clause, the four presented a vellum parchment at Buckingham Palace, declaring that the ancient rights and freedoms of the British people had to be defended.

The clause, one of the most important in the Charter, which was pressed on King John at Runnymede, allows subjects of the realm to present a quorum of 25 barons with a petition, which four of their number then have to take to the Monarch, who must accept it. It was last used in 1688 at the start of the Glorious Revolution.

The four peers, who were all thrown out of Parliamentin November 1999, proved they had that quorum by presenting Sir Robin Janvrin, the Queen’s private secretary, with the petition signed by 28 hereditaries and letters of support from another 60. In addition, they claim the support of thousands of members of the public.

They say that several articles in the Treaty of Nice agreed by Tony Blair in December will destroy fundamental British liberties. The Queen has 40 days to respond. Under the Magna Carta’s provisions, if the Sovereign does not observe the Charter the people may rise up and wage war on her, seizing castles, lands and possessions until they have redress.

Scores of people yesterday [Saturday] gathered outside the headquarters of Anglo Irish Bank on St Stephen’s Green, Dublin, in support of six éirígí activists who were staging a symbolic occupation of the building.

éirígí spokesperson Daithí Mac An Mhaistír and Dublin City Councillor Louise Minihan were among those who chained themselves to railings within the headquarters of the failed bank. The action, which began at 10am and ended shortly after 2pm, was taken in opposition to both NAMA and the bank bailout scheme.

April 24 was chosen as the date of the protest as it marks the 94th anniversary of the start of the Easter Rising. It was on this day in 1916 that the Proclamation of the Irish Republic laid out a vision of Irish society that guaranteed equality for all. In contrast, in the Ireland of 2010, the interests of the golden circle are cherished above all others.

As Gardaí moved to cordon off the footpath in front of the bank, passers-by and motorists were keen to show their opposition to NAMA with both words and car horn beeps of support. As news of the occupation spread across the city, dozens of people made their way to Stephens Green. By 12 noon, the advertised assembly time for the protest, upwards of 60 people were outside Anglo Irish, carrying a variety of colourful placards, flags and banners.

Speaking from outside Anglo Irish, éirígí chairperson Brian Leeson called for a sustained campaign against NAMA, the bank bailout and the cuts to public services.

“The Twenty-Six counties is in crisis. Almost half a million people are unemployed while thousands more are being forced to emigrate, tens of thousands are waiting to be housed while countless properties lie idle and the health and education systems are chronically under-funded. And, in the face of all of this, the Dublin government’s sole focus is the protection of the banks and the business class.

“The time for polite debate has passed. We believe that the only way that NAMA, the bank bailout and the cutbacks can be defeated is through a campaign of mass civil disobedience. We hope that the CDPs, the sports clubs, the drug prevention schemes, the youth clubs and all the other organisations which have had their funding slashed in recent months will take it upon themselves to organise similar direct actions aimed at the disruption of the political and banking systems.

“Working people have many means at their disposal to force the Dublin government to reverse its unjust policies. Through rent and mortgage strikes, through mass public protest, through civil disobedience, through the withdrawal of labour we can collectively bring the NAMA Republic to its knees. And, in its place, we can build a country that will truly reflect the vision of the 1916 Proclamation.”

For the first time I would be standing as the lay representative for Muchlyjip in her attempt to get this Council to provide the information we have requested.
As we all assembled close to the Courthouse in Gloucester and went over a few more details, finalised the process I planned to use and generally got ourselves together we (Myself, Rhapsody Angel, Pigdog, Muchlyjip, and Muchlyjip’s son) were joined by MJ, Telelite and another for a reasonable turnout and a lot of support.
9:20 soon came about and as our case was supposed to be at 9:30 we made our way to the courthouse, we turned the corner to find that there was an enormous queue to enter, it turns out to be because the security guards had been given orders to remove ALL electronic devices including all phones, ipods, cameras etc. and later we found out that it was the Clerk in Muchlyjips case that specifically ordered this!!! Could it be that they didn’t want film of the event getting out again???

Eventually we managed to get inside and we reported to the reception desk, after Muchlyjip had confirmed that the legal fiction was there I asked to enter some documentation into court in the case and was promptly refused by a particularly surly and fatuous woman who seemed to be the head honcho of the ushers, (Sort of an ugly Hitler in a dress!!!), Anyway, they didn’t let me enter anything in to evidence even though this would have cleared a few things up for them.

As this was the first time I had stood for anyone I must admit I was more than a little nervous and as a result was perhaps not as up to speed on my reactions to this bulldozing method of justice that they were clearly employing here, and as a result missed a trick or two, however, we live AND LEARN!
There followed a two hour wait, yes once again we’re invited to appear at a certain time, we honour it and they just ignore all manners and business etiquette and keep us waiting.

Finally Muchlyjip is called and we file through to Court 1 (Same as when we appeared for Rhapsody in the Video!!!!), I claimed Common Law Jurisdiction and stated that we were entering the ‘Vessel’ with all our inalienable and indefeasible rights intact and we entered.

The first thing I noticed was that there was only one Maggie on the bench this time, there were also two policyofficers already sitting down in the courtroom, I informed the Maggie and the Clerk that I was a lay Advisor to the Legal fiction that they were seeking and that the Legal Fiction Person was indeed present in the court, however the Maggie just shouted over me and continued to demand that the Clerk bark a request for that ‘person’ to enter court 1over the Tannoy.

I thought to myself that this was a deliberate attempt to fluster me and in some way acheive jurisdiction, I took a breath and waited for the Maggie to take a breath and then proceeded on regardless, I then placed her on her oath, deliberately reading in a calm and measured way, trying to complete the sentences as calmly as I could despite a rising cresendo from the Maggie trying to shout over me!!!

Once I had placed her on her oath she told me that she didn’t have to produce her oath at all and that if I interupted (Me interupt her??????) then she would have me removed from the court, I replied that “with respect I am simply trying to ascertain her jurisdiction as is my right”, she continued to shout, only this time as I produced the Birth Certificate and informed her that (in a calm and measured voice again) “This is the ‘Legal Fiction Person’ You are seeking” she shouted that unless I stopped shouting ( I know, classic psychological manipulation, she assumed that if she shouted that loud enough then the assumption by all those present would be that I was actually shouting!) she would have me removed, all the time this was happening Mr Deveraux (Yes him again folks!!!!) kept trying to put the case against the legal fiction person but couldn’t be heard.

Finally the Maggie decided that she’d had enough and stated that she would hear the case without Ms S***** present, I once again assured her that the ‘Legal Fiction Person’ was present, I held up the Birth Certificate again and then stated that “For and on the record as the Magistrate would not stand on her oath I was the highest authority in the court and had no choice but to dissmiss the case and the court!” She shouted again and then ordered the Policy officers to remove us from the court room.

I attempted to place these two glorified court ushers on their oath too, they read it but then told me that they didn’t care whether I had their oath with me or not and that I couldn’t hold them to it, I assured them that I could and that I was going to regardles and that we were leaving peacefully and of our own free will.

There followed twenty minutes of queueing again to retreive our confiscated property before we made our way out again.

As we walked to the nearest hostelry for refreshments Oop6 introduced himself to us, we had seen this man inside, he had seemed to be taking a lot of notes in a notebook and we had speculated that he was a reporter or something but it turns out he was gleening a lot of useful information for us as they didn’t know who he was either!!!!

Anyways, once again we were short changed by the system, they refused to have any kind of dialogue with us as to the Lawful process or anything other than running roughshod over us.

Once we can get to the point that we are not actually refusing to pay this Tax we just want them to clarify where it’s going and that we as Human living sentient souls are liable for it before we do, then we can progress, I think until we get to that point we’ll just get to the same unsatisfactory end.
I just want to say a big thanks to all those that turned up for Muchlyjip, the Gloucester Group is getting bigger and better, stronger and faster all the time, we’re looking forward to the next meeting (16th May) at which we will be discussing this and other cases, having a few ales and generally being as free as we can while we can.

This excellent video shows a Freeman in Kalgoorlie Australia standing up to the courts there.

What a farce and we here in the UK applaud this man for doing what we are doing and standing up to these “corporate thugs”. It’s clear to us that people of the world are wking up and saying enough is enough – I was encouraged to see so many people supporting him in the public gallery.

It is Crystal Clear to me why they call it a “Criminal” Justice system. They are telling us the truth. Because it certainly is not a system of justice for criminals. They are Word Sorcerers and cleverly can cause a man to “Create Controversy”. With out even trying. I applaud his tenacity and courage in the face of all these pirates.

It’s a fact that if we ALL did this in EVERY court case then their system would never get anywhere in their corporate bollocks and their police stations would be so full that thier “system” would come crashing to a halt!

People … we can break them – we can cost them millions, billions even (after all they are paying their corporate policy enforcers not us) – we can get them into such a state of fear that in every they will be sitting on their perches waiting for the words … “Are you on your oath here today?”

This is a rally cry … myself and others in the UK are taking these false courts on in ever increasing numbers – do the same, yes there is a risk of them arresting you – dont contract with them, yes the magistrates will get up and leave because they know they can’t admit that common law is as valid today as it was a thousand years ago, so what – yes we might make mistakes in doing what we are doing, none of us have all the answers … none of that matters!! What matters is action … what matters is getting in these peoples faces and taking back the courts that belong to us.

Note how this man says “you can’t remove me this is OUR court” … he’s right and so because they don’t ever want us to finally regain control of a court they use force and violence to remove us.

Next time I am asked to leave a court I am going to stand my ground and tell them what John Harris keeps telling us to say …
